Which one should we add?

So, after reading up on Spoodles' newer menu, it is clear that there is nothing there we will eat. We are really disappointed in this since we really loved it on our last two trips.

So, here is where we currently have ADR's for:
Alfredo's (one last time before it closes... )
Beaches & Cream
Liberty Tree Tavern (an old favorite)
Chefs de France (a new one)
Crystal Palace for Breakfast (another tradition)
Boma
Wolfgang Puck Cafe (another new one)
ESPN Club (our last new one scheduled)
Cape May Cafe (a tradition on all our trips)

So, we will be staying at the WL for 10 nights during Free Dining - not sure if I can even get anything else at this point instead of Spoodles....but if I can, what does everyone recommend?

I'm looking at the following restaurants:
1 - San Angel Inn - we LOVE Mexican food & always eat at the Cantina twice on our trips

2 - Coral Reef - I don't eat ANY seafood, but looks like a fun experience

3 - Raglan Road - looks interesting...

4 - Concourse Steakhouse - menu looks good...

5 - Whispering Canyon Cafe - now, we'll be at WL & the food looks delish, but neither one of us is into the crazy antics while we eat. If we had a larger group, I could see how this could be fun...but with just the two of us, we really wouldn't enjoy getting up & singing in front of the restaurant, etc.

6 - Prime Time Cafe - see above about WL...have the same concerns, but the food looks yummy & we currently aren't doing any TS at MGM...

We had REALLY bad service there last time, so hubby isn't in a hurry to go back. Plus, with the trip being just 20 days out during Free Dining, I know we could never get an ADR there. Thanks though!

My recommendation is Raglan Road. The food is as good (if not better) than at the 2 TS restaurants. The appetizers, entrees and desserts are cooked to perfection. Since, it is at DTD, you will still be able to get a reservation there.

If you don't want just my opinion, take "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World"s opinion. From all the 1 TS restaurants at WDW, only the following 3 had a 4 (out of 5) star food quality rating. Make sure and hit them all if you care about food more than the setting.

• Raglan Road
• Boma
• Mitsukoshi (EPCOT)

I voted for 50's Prime Time. Keep in mind I haven't tried the first 3 on your list.
I can say our experience at 50's Prime Time and Whispering Canyon were similar in that I had a hard time choosing which is better because both were great. The atmosphese is unusual and the antics were so neat- even if it were watching the guy near our table get put in the corner! We just had a blast there and the food was great for our party of 7. Everyone enjoyed it. We're not seafood lovers either but Coral reef is on my list to try on our next trip too.

I voted for 50's Prime Time. Keep in mind I haven't tried the first 3 on your list.

Well, so far it really looks like Raglan Road is the winner - it looks like there are several things on the menu that both of us would eat & I'm sure hubby will be up for an Irish beer there as well. I'll be calling to try & get an ADR for it today...fingers crossed!! LOL

Since you love Mexican food, I'd go for the San Angel Inn. The setting is lovely, the food is excellent and the service is very good. Much better than the cantina outside. Second choice would be Raglan Road.

I'm sure glad you did this poll because I found a restaurant we may try- Raglan Road! The menu looks pretty good and I hadn't even considered it before.

I would avoid WCC for the reasons you mention. I'm not into having a really crazy atmosphere while I eat. Bustling and noisy from people talking is fine, but their antics seem a bit too much for me. I'd like to be able to digest my food.

Thanks to everyone who commented & voted!!! We've successfully gotten an ADR at Raglan Road on our Spoodles night. The menu looks great & sounds like the atmosphere is fun, too! We've never stepped foot inside, so it'll be fun to try something different.

Thanks for the advice!! That is exactly what I did, too. I tried to move around a couple things & it was very difficult to do - lol. I did get Chefs de France moved without much trouble & Raglan Road on our Spoodles night.

Thanks! We went with RR, may try San Angel next time - we've both eaten inside in Mexico, but it's been YEARS. Never eaten there together - just with our families growing up.

Just a heads up for next time, you can request to be in the "quiet section" of WCC, which is a smaller room with a fireplace towards the end of the restaurant, cut off from the main room. The servers still do a few silly things (we got bandana hats), but nothing like the crazy antics in the main room (i.e. no one was put in the corner and there wasn't any singing).
