And to think that so many of us here could hand out correct info...and we're not paid!!!
Sure, the CM gave out incorrect info, and made a mistake. BUT...my issue is that this was probably told to others as well. This CM seems to think that's the right info. The OP questioned the CM and was told they were mistaken.
So yeah, people make mistakes. All the time. I think that when someone represents a company, and they hand out bad info, that is going to negatively impact a guest, and then reflect poorly on that company, they need to be retrained. It isn't a simple 'mistake' A mistake would be ...'Oh, I'm sorry, I misspoke..you're right.'
An idiot? Okay, maybe too strong a word. But surely a knucklehead!!!
Sorry.....that is no reason to call people names, we are not allowed to do it here, what gives us the right to do it to anyone else...a CM or not! She may have been wrong and made a mistake, but she was not rude or nasty to the OP and just becuase we are here on the dis, that doesn't make us specail!
Of course she thinks she has the right information, if she knew she was wrong and still told people that....she would be lieing! At this point knucklehead may be proper!
She needs to have a supervisor retrain her???...sure..........but then the OP should have asked for a supervisor..if anything the op was the knucklehead for not asking for a supervisior.
In a way the CM was partly right in that each park does have its own parking lot and the TTC is not part of the MK parking lot, but right next to it on the way to the monorail and boats.
