Which one is better for dinner, Flying Fish or bluezoo?

Please help my wife and me decide between these two restaurants. We've been to Disney a few times, but never had a chance to try either place. We're adventurous eaters, and we're looking for a foodie-type experience. While a nice or cool atmosphere would be a plus, we're mainly looking for some really good fish (and my wife wouldn't mind a nice chocolate dessert). Which one do you think would be a better choice?

We've eaten at both and would have to give the edge to BlueZoo. The atmosphere is very romantic, the service is excellent and the fish is always extremely fresh. Enjoy!

Both are good spots--and we'll be doing both in about 3 and a half weeks!
But for the food, I think I'd give Blue Zoo the edge.

BlueZoo all the way!
It's our favorite WDW restaurant right now. The food is divine, the atmosphere very sexy chic, a nice change of pace from the rest of WDW - our service has been fantastic.
DH & I joke that we would make the trip to WDW just to eat at BlueZoo & sleep in the Heavenly beds at Sw/olphin. I wouldn't doubt that some weekend we will do just that.

I like Flying Fish very much, but as some others have said, I think that I prefer blue zoo. I would eat at either of them in a heartbeat. I think that the atmosphere in blue zoo is a bit nicer, and the restaurant is quieter than the Flying Fish.

We ate at Flying fish last visit and were not at all impressed. We had a bad seat near the door and felt 'in the way'. The food was ok - nothing impressive. We have no plans to go back.
