CA Grill is one of my favorite restaurant both inside and outside of the "World." Let them know you are having a birthday and they will make a special cake for your occassion.

California Grill tends to be terribly loud at peak times (2-3 hours before fireworks up until right after fireworks), so I wouldn't choose it if it's to be a romantic celebration. Last time we were there during peak time, we had to shout at each other to be heard.

(Going at 5:30, however, was lovely - I think we may never do California Grill later in the evening again)
