Need some help/opinions, please...:)

We're DVCmembers, and LOVE the space that we have at WDW...but not enough points for the accomodations we want next year - extended family are coming along, and renting points just isn't an option for them...sooo....

1)Timeshare deal

We don't mind to do the presentation..has anyone stayed here? We'd want a three bedroom...

2)Rent a House

We're having a hard time choosing a house!! Like the private pool/spa, and just can't decide on house location...any tips and/or recommendations from this website or others?

Thanks so much!!

You can't go wrong with a home from orlandovillas .com all the owners are verified by the site and you will get great service from any one of them.
Most of the homes on there are with in 15 -20 mins of the parks and will represent good value and you won't waste any of your valuable vacation time sitting through a presentation.

I agree with Jan. I would definitely pick a house over a timeshare. First of all, its a house! You have more space, your own pool and lots of amenities. Second, you don't have to do the time share sales presentation.

Orlando Villas is a good company to deal with. Other sites to browse:

As for location, I would pick something along the 192 corridor. I know a lot of folks rent on 27, but personally I think that's too far away when there are lots of closer choices. We've rented in Lindfields and in Windsor Palms and I'd happily recommend either of those. Windsor Palms is newer and closer. Lindfields is an older more established neighborhood that has a bit more of a residential feel to it because a lot of the homes are permanent residents so it isn't all vacationers.

The houses are all so lovely...we're having a difficult time deciding...back to the maps:)...thanks for your replies!
