Here's what I'm thinking about for our February 5-9, '05 trip. Just DW & me.

Saturday dinner- Cali Grill, Spoodles, or Yachtsman Steakhouse

Sunday lunch- Chefs de France
Sunday dinner- Nine Dragons

Monday lunch- Liberty Tree Tavern

Tuesday dinner- Brown Derby

Wednesday breakfast- Trails End or Kona Cafe

Never been in February. Really didn't want to make a lot of PSs. Which ones should I make? Thanks.

i would think any of those listed on saturday, especially CG, would need a PS. if you go at opening time for dinner at Nine Dragons, you probably will be okay. not sure are LTT. i would be safe and make a PS for this restaurant as well as brown derby and kona cafe. trail's end does not accept PS. but it is a great buffet.

We typically go during the slower times at the World and the Kona is always busy. The food is so good, but the lines are long without a PS.::MinnieMo

Any time on a Saturday night I would get a PS if I knew where I was wanting to eat. When I don't, I just tick down a list with a CM until some place is available. :) Usually works well.
But if you want a particular place on Saturday, I would make a PS.

Chefs is a pretty busy place too. Not sure about lunch. But I would make a PS there too to be on the safe side.

Same with LTT.

Kona we sometimes have PS' for, sometimes not. We always seem to have no problem there. O'Hana's is another story!
We have never eaten breakfast at Kona, although it is on my To Do list. :)
