I'm looking for something different to do on our Labor Day weekend and decided these three looked interesting.

Beaches & Cream - Possibly lunch or maybe as a break between Hollywood Studios and Epcot

Kona Cafe - Breakfast. I've heard too many good things.

Afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian - All ways wanted to try and just never got around to it.

We really enjoy Beaches & Cream....but they don't take ADRs..
The wait can be rather long at times.

I've heard good things about all three, and we are doing the tea and Beaches and Cream on our upcoming trip.

From what I hear, you should definitely make ADR's for the tea. Beaches and Cream does not accept ADR's, and the wait time can be fairly long. I suggest going at an off time.

ADRs for Tea and Kona...Beaches and Cream doesn't accept reservations!

I would do all of them. Beaches and Cream has the best cheeseburgers, onion rings and No Way Jose Sundaes...

Kona has the best tonga toast, pressed pot coffee and breakfast platter with macadamia nut pineapple pancakes.

Have not been to the Grand Floridian tea yet, we are headed there in 24 days so I will let you know how great it was!

Beaches and Cream and I would go right when they open. I have heard good reports about wait times when you go at 11:00 to be seated. The waits do tend to get long at popular dining times (noon for lunch, five - six for supper)

(I'm trying out an 11am arrival on 3/22 - I'll let you know how it goes)

B&C , great food and ice cream but small and long lines!

Kona has great breakfast too.

We love Beaches and Cream. We always go at 11am and have never had any trouble getting a table. We have been during very busy times of year too. By the time we are finished with our meal, the place is pretty busy and usually has a wait. I think that you will do great by getting there at 11am.

We also eat at Kona Cafe every visit as well. We love both breakfast and dinner. I would probably go ahead and make an ADR just to make sure you get a time you would like. The big Kahuna is a nice meal that usually holds me over until dinner.
