Which of these restaurants are the same for lunch and dinner?

Many TS restaurants have very different menus for lunch and dinner, or present their menu items in a much different way for lunch as for dinner (with dinner either having an extra side, or a larger portion, etc.) Are any of these restaurants (see the poll choices) pretty much the same for lunch and dinner?

Hmmm... my concerns there are at Prime Time there's no grilled tuna, grilled pork tenderloin nor steak at lunch, and at Biergarten there's no fish nor sauerbraten. If those are the best examples, that's pretty-much what I was afraid of... perhaps there really aren't any table service restaurants where you get the full experience for lunch.

Also, the Plaza in MK has one menu only for all-day dining
