Which numbers are you all calling?

Some people have been able to get through to CRO, and some not. I just wonder if certain numbers are being routed to other call centers depending on where you are dialing from. I've been calling the 1-407-W-DISNEY (modify reservation) and haven't been able to get through.

I called on the 1-800-828-0228 at 7:00 a.m. got right through, applied the code to my reservation and was off the phone in 3 minutes -- it was too easy -- scares me a bit!
