Which number to call to make ressies?

Which telephone number can I use to make a reservation?
I tried to do it online but they only will take cc for payment. I want to do this all on cash.
I know they will do it and you can send a check, but which number do I call?
I know cancelation policies are different for each number as well.

And one more question... once you make the ressies, can you check them online or do you have to call each time?

You can call either of these numbers:
407-wdisney or 1-800-828-0228

Once you have made your resv thru the Travel Co you cannot view it online. If you make your resv by phone the canx policy is 5days prior to your arrival, unless you book a pkg.

On the upside often the website says no availbility and if you call often they do have it.

I just booked through 1-407-wdisney, and she told me the cancelation policy is 45 days and I need $200.00 down.
And the address to mail the payment to is in Georgia?
Does this sound right?

If you let them know you want to make your reservation with CRO and not WDW Travel Co. you will pay 1 night deposit with a 5 day cancellation policy. You will also be mailing your check to WDW resorts and parks in Chicago.
