Which non-park Character Breakfast?

We have been to DW many times with DD1 but not yet with DD2 (she is 1). We live in FL and will be visiting family near Orlando and although we aren't planning to go to the parks, we are going to stop for a night at WDW. DD1 has been begging to go for a while so we figure we'd do Downtown Disney, the Boardwalk and also a character meal (DD2 seems to LOVE Mickey and Friends, especially Daisy). I think breakfast is the safest meal for us and have an ADR for Chef Mickeys but I am wondering if I should change to Cape May. I believe those are the only two non-park character breakfasts with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy...correct? I despise seafood and whenever we are near Cape May, it always smells like seafood to me (because of their dinner buffet, I'm sure). So that is why I booked Chef Mickey's (plus I am know DD1 would love a monorail ride too). I have read/heard negative things about CM though so I am second guessing myself. Thoughts? Thanks!!!

Cape May has Goofy Minnie & Donald.

Chef Mickeys has Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, & Donald.

Daisy is only at Tusker House in AK park.

Having said that, between Chef Mickeys & Cape May, i'd always pick Cape May. Its a much quieter experience, its one of the quietest character buffets at Disney IMHO. The atmosphere is much prettier and the food is much much better too. I didnt like the quality or selection at Chef Mickeys.

I dont like seafood either, but thats not an issue at breakfast @ Cape May since it is breakfast! :)
