Ratatouille in France @ Epcot where you eat with the characters from the movie.

Pirates of the Carribean in Adventureland and sit in little tables like pirate ships and have a little show while eating and get to meet and greet Jack Sparrow.

A good brick oven pizza place where you can dine with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, Goofy and Chip n' Dale.

Well, Disney already has good flatbread, and I don't like ratatouille (the food, not the movie), so I'd have to go with POTC. It would be interesting to try the Caribbean food. Also, I LOVE the movies.

I vote for anything that keeps characters out of the restaurants in France. Chefs is our fav Epcot restaurant, & I'd hate for it to change.

I would love these two places!! Hopefully Disney will add some new places someday:thumbsup2

I would love to see some more authentic foreign food places.

Russia, India, Greece, Spain, Australia, etc..

Now there's an interesting idea. Maybe they could use the old Millenium pavilion for cuisines otherwise unrepresented in WDW.

I somewhat liked the POC idea until you mentioned sitting in pirate ships! Cute for a 2 year old, not me or my teens! I do agree they need something geared more toward boys, but maybe just a nice POC themed restaurant would be nice!

The World Showcase for me is like stepping into new countries and cultures. I would not want to bring "Magic Kingdom" into Epcot by adding character meals. I was a bit disappointed when they did that to Norway, but honestly Norway was probably my least favorite so if it had to be done, nice choice of places!!

When cooking for hundreds and hundreds of people per day, it would be difficult to do the pizza thing. Mass producing pizza is not a good thing. Also, pizza is consumed so quickly that it would not give the characters enough time for a meet and greet, leaving many families and restless children sitting for a while until the characters got to the table.

As you mentioned sitting in the pirate ships, I got to thinking about Sci-Fi at DHS. I wonder why they dont transform that place into a "Cars" restaurant...brighten it up and run the movie Cars all day! there are lots of boys who would love to sit in Lightning McQueen!!

I'm sad they ruined Norway with the Princess meals. I think they needed a place for another princess dining other than CRT but wish they would leave the Worldshowcase restaurants alone!!!!!

Pirate restaurant would be great in MK or DTD

I would like to see Tonys in MK made over. I thought the breakfast there was great many moons ago. Need better TS dining options in the MK and MGM.

Greek....Yummy! With Uzo to drink of course!

I'd also like a POTC themed restaurant. Who wouldn't want to meet and greet Jack Sparrow???;)

That seems like a very workable idea. They keep adding more Pixar attractions to DHS so why not a restuarant? They wouldn't have to add another character meal, which alot of people seem to think there are enough of as it is. But Disney could certainly modernize it and have it be a fun place for families to eat.

I like the idea of a POTC restuarant and meeting Captain Jack. But instead of having each table as a small ship, just have the whole restaurant as the Black Pearl.

My boys would absolutely LOVE that!!

ITA that they need to have some character meals geared specifically towards boys! We'd love to see Handy Manny at a character breakfast.

I definitely think that a POTC theme would be the most logical and needed new themed restaurant. There needs to be a more boy themed dining experience, (from a mother that will soon have 3 girls when dd3 gets here in Dec).
I think it would be fun to have the main characters like Minnie and Mickey dressed up like pirates. I just think besides Capt Jack, there aren't enough good face characters to use from the movie. I just don't know if they would have another Mickey/Minnie restaurant at the MK with LTT there would work.

A cars themed rest. at MGM would also be fun.

I wasn't meaning little minature pirate ships. I was meaning like the Sci-Fi car size of a table and that is completely doable :)

I was glad that EPCOT had the princess meal in Norway and think that they need to add more cute things there eating wise. Epcot doesn't need to be ALL grown up/teenage/adult oriented. Everyone of all ages enjoy EPCOT. I thorougly enjoyed the Princess Meal in Norway with my dd for lunch. I thought it was most appropriate.

Pizza would be doable too. KINGS ISLAND, while not WDW obviously serves LaRosa's pizza, local CINCINNATI pizza and it is DELICIOUS and something we always looked forward to. I don't think WDW has a GREAT PIZZA PLACE and having it a character thing wouldn't be a big deal either. Offer an extensive salad bar and with appetizers, it would work just as any other character meal.

While I liked the CARS movie, playing it over and over for each meal wouldn't make for a unique experience each time and with the Sci-Fi already a theme with cars, wouldn't be that exciting and I can't imagine teenagers sitting and watching that movie and being enthralled:rolleyes1 sitting in Lightning McQueen.

At the Poly, re-open Papeete Bay Verandah in it's original form and location. Of course, that would mean getting rid of "Ohana:)

MK- I'd love to see a pirate themed restaurant/meal character experience along the lines of CRT

DHS- I think a "House of MOuse" themed restaurant would be great. You could have Mickey/Minnie cartoons on up front on a screen/stage and tables seated around it like it is on the show. Then they could have a revolving character list so you'd never know which characters were going to be there- kind of like on the show. I think it would be a lot of fun.

Your Cars idea is wonderful! Kids would love it. My DH would love it if they had something with Mater as well. :)

I think they should add a 24 hour a day Counter Service place to every delux resort and DVC resort.

Add more upscale table service dining to supplement Citricos and California Grill (which are amazing eats...)
