I'm listening to IllumiNations music at the moment and it's making me all teary!

Which music reminds you most of your Disney/orlando holidays?

Or any other holiday destinations come to that!

Spectromagic gets me as well! :teeth:

I like Spectro and Wishes.

Do you have it on CD, if so where can I get one?

When you wish upon a star and Zip-a-dee-doo-dah both have me (mentally at least) back in the Magic Kingdom. Just the first few notes are enough to make me tearful.

I love the songs 'Celebrate the future, hand in hand', and the music from Tapestry of Nations, they make me feel quite teary

On a lighter note, the Cha Cha Slide and Who Let the Dogs Out remind me of the Disney Wonder and Castaway Cay :)

Mine isn't disney as such more Florida in general. It is a song called God Bless the USA by Lee Greenwood. We were there just after sept 11th and were in the hard rock cafe when it came on, the volume went up and all the Americans were singing along when it finished they stood up and clapped and cheered i still get goose bumps when i play it. I also like Promise at the end of illuminations.

I agree! they play this at the Shamu night show and i've heard it on the radio lots. :)

Wishes for me too, that sets me off every time. Also, Drift Away by Uncle Kracker reminds me of driving in the Florida sunshine. :sunny: Listening to that I can almost feel the sun on my face.

I love the music that is played at Fantasmic :goodvibes

For me its "Volcano" by Jimmy Buffet, which reminds me of Sea World. Also "One Headlight" by The Wallflowers which although is nothing to do with Disney, this track had massive airplay during one holiday there, and as such I discovered the excellent band that have never done anything in the UK. It always makes me think of driving in Orlando.

I cry EVERY time I hear the opening bars of Spectromagic - the Main Street Elecrical Parade just didn't do anything for me without the wonderful Spectro music.

The opening bars of When You Wish Upon A Star get me everytime too, but the Main Street Electrical Parade is 100% guaranteed to turn me into a snivelling wreck

(I'm just glad it's always on in the dark, so no one has to look at my blotchy, mascara streamed face :rolleyes1 )

Me too :)

I love the entire Millennium Celebration CD which includes IllumiNations, Celebrate the Future and Tapestry of Nations.

At the moment, I can't get enough of Jimmy Buffett. I love the whole idea of island living. We brought back various souvenirs this time with lines from his songs - It's five o'clock somewhere (my current catchphrase), Wastin' away again in Margaritaville, Lost shaker of salt, Fins to the left, fins to the right, I don't know where I'm gonna go when the volcano blows, One particular harbour. :teeth:

I want to get one of the adirondack chairs they have outside Margaritaville, but they're expensive. My brother reckons he's going to make one for me.

I love the Fantasmic music! That always makes me think of Disney and also The Beach Boys as that makes me think of Typhoon Lagoon :sunny:
