Which Month to Visit in Summer 2015

We're taking a trip to southern California at some point in summer 2015 to visit family, so while we are there I want to go to DL for about 3 days/4 nights.

With my work schedule, I can only go mid-month June, July or August, and I'm not sure exactly when on the trip we would be visiting family (I know it will include a Saturday), but it looks like our options for attending DL are:

1. Around the June 14 to June 18 range, or the June 23 to June 26 range. Most of these dates are before the So Cal AP blackout dates begin, and there are also grad nights.

2. Around July 14 to July 17 or July 20 to July 23. I know July 17 will be the exact date of the 60th anniversary, so if that's expected to be packed then I won't go on that date. Should I expect the dates right before that (July 15 and 16 to be extremely crowded also)?

3. Around Aug 9 to Aug 13. We could also go Aug 17 to Aug 20 but we'd be dealing with So. Cal AP crowds since their blackout period ends Aug 17.

I'm expecting crowds since it's summer, and the 60th anniversary summer on top of that, but I'd like to find the least chance of crowds possible.
