Belly up to the green felt , slap down a red check, pick 2 dice and let 'em fly.

Now before I catch any heat for this, I want to say I kind of like "Miracles".

I'll withdraw myself from this one since I have not seen one episode of any of these shows (I'd have to look them up on the net to verify they are actually shows.) In fact I haven't much prime time TV in the past 5 years.

I probably should have put up a "simultaneously implode" choice up there, but simple may be better :)

Somehow, I saw Veritas a couple of weeks ago. Might have been the premier episode. Mildly interesting story, but some of the acting was, uh, sub-par.

I think Veritas and Miracles were both around 80th place in the ratings, so simultaneously implode might be a good choice.

The Practice might just get moved again. ABC just doesn't have much in the way of options right now....that's why that "Help I'm a Celebrity" thing is being shown 128 nights in a row.

The buzz is that the new shows will be cancelled and 'The Practice' will move back to Sunday night.

In their place - REALITY PROGRAMMING. What an improvement.

Haven't ever watched any and don't know anything about them. (And don't care to watch them. ;) )

I would love to see the practiced moved back to its "home" on Sunday at 10 pm.

I like Miricles but would likely not watch it if it was not after the practice.

'the practice' was a favorite of mine but once it was moved to mondays i havent seen it once. one of the reasons i watched it was because my all time fave show, 'alias' was on right before it.

anybody know how the new dragnet is doing and what are the higher ups thinking on 'alias'? imo, it is an outstanding show but cant find its audience. a+ talent and great writing.

With some of the light "gore" and scare tactics, I wonder if a show like Miracles could ever be moved up a time slot or 2.

It might do better adding even more effects and sticking it on HBO or whatever.

I saw Veritas last week, and I enjoyed it. I can't say the same for the Practice, though. Please put me out of my misery, and take it off the air, once and for all.:bounce:

Veritas will go first.
Miracles is a good show. Nice vibe, good acting. Interesting topics. It does sort of have that "millenium" feel. And I LOVED Millenium.

Who want's to say "I told you so" first?

I'm so sick of ABC it hurts.

One of the headlines I keep seeing (and deciding was too trivial for even this board) is that the Season Closing episode for the Practice has been written so that it *could* be a Series Finale as well...

The other 2 are gone for sure with the remaining episodes of Miracles up in the air whether or not they will be aired or not.

It's fans are pretty upset to say the least.

I'll say it again, ABC makes me sick!

If they'd given Veritas a chance instead of pre-empting it every single week with yet more war coverage, more people may have seen it and it might have stood a prayer of staying just for something different. I think it has played maybe 3 times in my area but ABC seems to think that having an hour long war update is more interesting...yeah right.
