Caribbean Beach
Colorado Spring
Port Orleans French Quarter
Port Orleans Riverside

It will just be the two of us.

Welcome to the DIS, WDWParadise! We just returned from a stay at POR, and it was lovely. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurants in the food court are great. There is a river cruise to DTD which is really relaxing.

Quick question regarding POR... have they gotten around to putting refirgerators in the rooms there yet?

....of DxL (errr, POR, Riverside ); they are quite lovely. One drawback of the rooms here is this: the sink area doesn't have much room for toiletries. There is only a long, narrow shelf above the sink, which didn't 'cut it' for me....JMHO! (DID like the food court, tho')

POR is our favorite moderate resort. We are staying there again this xmas.

I wholeheartedly agree! My DH and I also love POR. The grounds are beautiful and great for walking, the food court is big and has a great selection, we love the piano bar at night to unwind, "quiet" pools are abundant and huge, and the rooms are cozy and well maintained. I could go on and on!

Our family loved POR and thoroughly disliked POFQ.

Hugh, there are no fridges in the POR rooms.

Several people have posted from recent stays that there are refrigerators in rooms. If not, just call housekeeping and one will be delivered-with no charge to your stay.

I would vote POR or POFQ. I would choose POR because of the sit down restaurant. POFQ is nice too. Small resort and easy to get around. I would not stay at CS- theme doesn't appeal to me. CB is just waaay too big and spread out. Pool was small.

I prefer POFQ - it's small, transportation is great, it is quiet and lovely. There is a boat to DTD, too. POR is nice, too, but my prefeence is POFQ. DID NOT like CS.
