We've stayed at CSR and POFQ and liked both. We've returned to POFQ because we felt CSR was too spread out. We like to buy the mugs and get drinks at the foodcourt and by the time we'd get the drink and walk back to our Cabana area room...the drink was almost gone. The pool was awesome with the pyramid pool slide. The food court was nice, but different. My picky DW didn't care for it because she didn't like the selection.
POFQ is the smallest resort. It only has one bus stop, but does share a bus with POR (4 stops) and this can be annoying, but rarely is a big deal. And during peak times, it's not a big deal as they both have their own. POFQ is also a very quiet resort. It's got a great feel that makes you feel as though you're in New Orleans. What we like compared to the All Star resorts is the food court is rarely busy or messy like our experience there. The food selections change daily with some cajun cuisine, but also offering american staples (pizza, burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, etc).
We also like the boat ride to DTD. It's about 15-20 minutes and very peaceful to enjoy the ride and views.
I'd vote for POFQ. We've stayed there twice and would stay again. The pool is very entertaining and wasn't busy at all in mid June when we went. Plus...you're the first stop for buses before rolling over to POR.
