which moderate with small kids?

This is my first trip to disney and I'm taking my 5yr old and 1yr old.
Which moderate would be best for us? I'm thinking POFQ since it is smaller than the others...
I'm going in early October for 6 days. Any suggestions?

I've been to POR and CBR...loved both. I think you'll be happy with any Disney resort.

I did want to make one comment. We loved the CBR pool but you cannot see the whole pool at the same time. this might not be a big deal if you have 2 adults with 2 kids (esp since the 1 yr old will obviously be right with you). We went last yr with our 3 kids..3, 4 and 5 yrs old. The 5 yr old was w/o floaties. The older 2 wanted to do the slide and the youngest wanted to play on the steps. You cannot see both at the same time. It's not a huge deal but I think it's worth mentioning.

I agree, French Quarter due to the size.

We did pofq with a 5 and 2 year old. They both loved it and the smaller size was convenient. Have a great time!

With a 5 & 2 yr old I would tend to agree that POFQ would be your best bet! Also if you think your little ones would be up to it, look into Mickey's Not so scary Halloween Party!

I agree that POFQ would be your best bet. We stayed at both CBR and POFQ and I much preferred POFQ. I thought that CBR was way to spread out, to much traveling around just to get to the lobby or the pool or even busses to the parks. I thought that transportation was much easier from POFQ. If you do choose CBR, I would suggest having your own car, it would make life a lot easier.
