My vote would be for POR!!! I have stayed at POR, POFQ, and CSR. POR was our most recent visit two weeks ago. It is awesome!!! DH said it is his favorite of all the resorts, even better than my favorite BC!!!

The grounds are awesome, the food was great, the service was good, and the entire atmosphere was just wonderful!! It is so "Gone with the Wind"!!! We stayed in Parterre Place right on the river and just across the bridge from the check in, restaurants, marina, and bus stop. We could look out our window and see the boats going by and it wasn't a very far walk to Ole' Man's Island. We never had a wait for a bus longer than 5 minutes. We shared buses with POFQ one time. The longest wait was for the boat to DTD. If you have ADRs at DTD, get a large head start because the wait for the boat could be quite long (ours was 30 minutes) then it takes atleast 25 minutes to get there from when you get on the boat. The ride to DTD is very relaxing and it was so wonderful to see the treehouses. I'm sure we will be going back to this resort!!!
POFQ is alright, but just not as relaxing as POR, but if you just want smaller and have to have the New Orleans theme, then it is the way to go. If you have small children, the pool at POFQ would be fine. Mine are now teenagers so they are a little too big to enjoy it and would prefer a larger area.
CSR is fun but is most massive. When we checked in, we were told to find our room, go back to our car, out of the check in parking and turn right. Go about two miles and our room would be right there on the right. That is not a good sign if you are wanting to be close to the restaurants, etc!!!
