Which MK eateries are open during MNSSHP?

I haven't ordered the tickets yet, but we'll probably be going the Tues after Columbus day (shouldn't be crowded, right?). I'm not sure if we should eat at the AS food court that night before going to the party, or hold off for something in the MK. Are there any table service places open other than LTT? What about CS?

Just wanted to add that Tony's is open during the party and the castle, crystal palace, and the plaza are open until 6:00p for dining.
