Which "missing or unavailable" Disney character would you like to see in the Parks ?

I would like to see Gus and Jaq from "Cinderella" doing meet-and-greets like Suzy and Perla. I know they're in SpectroMagic, but it would be so cool to meet them. I'd also like to see another favorite of mine finally appear in the parks- Nana from "Peter Pan". I know she's not an incredibly popular character, but I'd still love to see her.

My wife and myself love to get our pictures with the characters. We have gotten our pictures taken with more than 70 characters so far. Some of the harder ones we've gotten are Jimmy Crickett, Scrooge McDuck.Aviator Duck, Esmeralda,Quasimodo & Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs together.

Gus and Jaq from Cinderella
Dodo, Pack of Cards, Cheshire Cat from Alice
Hades, Pain and Panic
Prospector from Toy Story (in or out of the box, or maybe with his makeover)
Pegleg Pete

There are so many characters too little time

Wow! How did you get Snow White & the 7 Dwarfs all together?? That, and Jiminey Cricket are on our families ultra wish list - we're in search each year for both!!

They are both REALLY hard to find. The 7 dwarfs are usually only out at very busy times/summer. And even then it still depends. As for Jimney Cricket, he is usually only out on Earth Day (at least at the MK).

Missing Dumbo at WDW, my son wrote him a fan letter (which I sent to Guest Relations @ Disneyland). Many weeks later my son received an autographed pic of Dumbo. By the looks of the people in the photo and their clothing/hairstyles it must have been taken in the 1960's! It was also black and white. Thrilled to get it anyway!![COLOR=DarkS

I'd like to see the characters from A Bug's Life! Especially Heimlich, Flik, Dot, and Princess Atta!

Just wanted to tell you that Aviator Duck's name is Launchpad McQuack. :)

I still say they should do something with the Kingdom Hearts video game characters... :thumbsup2

I would love to see Huey, Dewey & Louie too. My kids always watch "Twice Upon A Christmas" for the segment with Donald's nephews.

My dd watches this over and over too and thinks they are hilarious. I would love to see them in the parks. I would also like to see Scar from Lion King.

I've been reading thru this whole thread and agreeing that a lot of these "missing" characters would great to see, but when I red your post, I said "Right! We don't see Bug's Life characters!". I wonder why not? I have never seen Monster's Inc characters in the parks yet either.

My first thought when I read this question..... Lady & The Tramp.

Some day, I'll see the elusive Daisy . I wonder why they made her that type of character - hard to find. Hmm!

I also like the idea of OTHER characters from movies where we see the main characters - the supporting casts of Beauty and the Beast, Toy Story, Aladdin, etc....

I actually have a picture of myself with Genie from 1996 - we saw him in MGM.

We saw Flik at AK. Atta has been reported to make rare appearances there also. Some of the other Bug's Life characters are at Epcot for the flower & garden show.

Mike & Sully can be found at MGM - they have a meet & greet area on Commissary Lane.

As for Daisy, she was everywhere on our 12/04 trip, but nowhere to be found on our fall 05 trip.

We saw Flick last week at AK. Could NOT find Daisy Duck anywhere. :sad2:

At Epcot, I think we stumbled onto, perhaps, a training session for new character CM's maybe. It was between Italy and the American Adventure area, I believe. We saw a ton of characters there including Suzy and Perla, Goofy, Pluto, Foulfellow from Pinnochio, Capt. Hook and Mr. Smee, Chip and Dale, Rabbit (from Pooh), Mr. Penguin (from Mary Poppins). It was really cool to see Rabbit and Foulfellow and some of the less common characters!

I think it might have been a training session or something because one of the character manager-type CM's that was with them was taking a LOT of pictures of them all, and sort of talking to some of them. The characters all had LOTS of energy and danced with my dd5, etc, who diplomatically told each character that they were her "favorite in the whole wide world" and that they were "the best!". The CM who was talking to the characters and taking lots of pictures (he was not a photopass photographer), said to one of the characters after my dd left, "Now she's the perfect little Disney guest!", I guess b/c of her enthusiasm. :goodvibes

It was very, very cool!

Also funny when Chip and Dale smudged frosting from my dd's birthday cake on her nose, then turned around and laughed into their paws about it. She thought that was a riot!

My dd and I would LOVE to see Dumbo, and dd would love to see Bullseye and the Little Einsteins. Of course, Tinkerbell would be very cool to see, as would Flora, Fauna, and Merriweather!

It's not a training session. They are doing it there now along with the Character Connection.

We met Jiminy at Rifiki's planet watch and Daisy on the character's on holiday back in 2001. We are returning home (sigh) over Spring Break. We or should I say I want to meet Bruce from Nemo and the cows from Home on the Range. :goodvibes
