Belz is under refurbishment and looks like it is been built in the style of Premium Outlets, small bits are still open but in my opinion not worth a visit.
strangely enough we found that Crocs were not that widely available, lots of stores did cheap copies, however we found them in Macys and Nordstrom at Florida mall. Disney also sold them on the carts in the parks but they were $10 more than the stores.
Dont forget international visitors get 11% off at Macys, just get a discount card at the gift wrap section, you need to show some ID like a driving licence or passport.
