which lens is better to bring with me

hi there i have a canon eos XSI and have the 18-55is lens and the 55-255is lens which one is better to bring with me to disney world for my trip i dont want to keep changing lens for different shots can some one offer some advice

If you absolutely, positively have no intentions of bringing more than 1 lens, then I would have to pick the 18-55. You'll likely end up with more situations where you'll need the wider lens than needing the telephoto - unless you wanted to take wildlife shots at Animal Kingdom. Most everything else tends to be close enough to not need much telephoto.

That said, I always bring multiple lenses along when I go to Disney. Maybe consider bringing both lenses with you, but only bring 1 into the parks each day depending on where you are going. On the day you are going to Animal Kingdom, you might find the longer telephoto lens to be more useful.

Are you planning on bringing any sort of camera bag? If you are not, you might reconsider that decision. There are without a doubt going to be times where you will want to put it up to protect it. Almost any bag is going to have room for at least one more lens.

Take both.
Much of the advantage of a SLR is that we can change lenses to suit the subject. Neither of these lenses will suit all of the subjects we might want to photograph at WDW. The other option is a 18-200, which has it's own set of liabilities.

yep i bringing my canon camera bag i does have room for an extra lens so i guess i will bring both
