Which jacket to get?

We're going to WDW the first week of December. I thought I would take a light jacket. I know the weather is unpredictable then! So I figured one of these, along with earmuffs and gloves if needed. Please help me decide! Or if you think I need something heavier. Thanks!

I would go w/#2 but then I have never been in Dec. In Feb the locals were in parkas and we were comfy in shorts and t shirts.

I like #1.


We went the 1st two weeks of December in 2004.The weather was all over the place.It got very chilly at night and early mornings(like our late OCT.weather).We wore sweatshirts and jackets in the mornings then started removing layers as it warmed up.

It did get really hot the night we went to the Christmas party,I swear it was over 85* and I saw people walking around with their Christmas hats on,drinking hot chocolate and looking like they were going to pass out from the heat.

I honestly think they are all to heavy for Disney but I like #2 best. I would go with something lighter though like a windbreaker.

I have #1 and it is the best vacation jacket!!!!! It is water resistant, unless you are in a monsoon. It has a huge front pocket. It has a hood. It's comfy. It cuts the wind.

I always say it is some of the best $$ I ever spent on a jacket.

I was going to say #3 since you can take out the lining & it has a lot of the features as the others (plus some) until I saw the price. I don't know what the weather would be like when you go but #3 just seems really nice & versatile.

Otherwise, my 2nd choice would be #2, mainly because I like that it zippers all the way down, don't have to pull it off over your head, which to me is somewhat of a nuisance especially with my camera.

It's nice to have a little water resistant windbreaker just in case. Could be chilly in the evenings .

Either of the first 2 or a simple cotton hoodie should be fine. And I think you can leave the gloves and earmuffs at home.

I'd pick #1 or 2 if I was you. Bring along the gloves if your hands tend to get cold. It can be chilly in early December, but maybe not -- it might be in the 60's. The third coat seems too warm for a person coming from cold weather.

I'd get 3 and leave the fleece part at home.

I say none of the above. Wait tell you get there and buy a cool Disney jacket! They are spendy but I always love wearing them when I go home. It makes me remember all the good times I had on vacation. Plus you can see what the weather is like before you make your decision.
