Which is your favorite place to dine, based on food quality? California Grill, Flying Fish, Il Mulino's, or Saana?

I haven't been to Il Mulino, but my rankings of the other places are:

Flying Fish - totally amazing and tops for me.
Cali Grill has a SLIGHT edge over Sanaa, but really, I love all three!

For us it is hands down Cali Grill. The food is awesome, the service is excellent, and who wouldn't want to dine with the view of the castle. Plus being able to watch Wishes from up there with a glass of wine in hand is just
