House of Blues, or Raglan Road?

I'd have to say it depends on who is playing, where.

The band at Raglan Road last time we were there (November) was great, but the dancer just annoys me. They always look so bored.

House of Blues, totally would depend on who was playing that night.

I guess I'd be bored too doing the exact same dance steps in the exact same spot night,after night, after night-----.
She isn't out very long tho, is she???

I would actually go with Raglan Road only because there isn't an extra charge for the music. Unless things have changed, you can eat at House of Blues but there isn't a band playing in the dining room - their concert venue is separate from the dining room and requires a ticket for entrance to the show (if there even is one that night ... they don't have a concert every evening).

Raglan Road for entertainment... and food. Although, the food isn't that spectacular. The appetizers are nicer than the entrees. We like to order appetizers, have some drinks and just have fun (talking with friends, listening to whatever music is playing...) without "dining" there.

HoB food is terrible any more. The last time we were there no one (in a party of 8) liked anything at all. Yep. That bad. Service was poor too. What was once a fun place, full of energy and detail and interest is now a boring, ho hum place to be.
