I have used a Gold pass and stayed DVC in the past. Park parking was always free. Did I get free parking from the Gold Pass (I have an old one that I plan to use) or the DVC resort stay(I may stay elsewhere)? I don't recall.

Free theme park parking applies to anyone with an AP.

It is also free to any guest who stays on-site at a WDW resort, which includes DVC villas.

It is not something that we get just for being DVC.

If you stay offsite with no AP, then you will pay.

Resort overnight parking is free for DVC members or those staying on DVC points. Usually not free for those staying cash.

Theme park parking is free for DVC members staying on-site AND AP members, whether staying on site or not.
