Which is better for Downtown Disney, evening or early morning?

I actually really prefer the night. Half of DTD to me is about the atmosphere, which you just don't get unless at night

Plus I love grabbing a frozen margarita and people watching

Evening, by far. During the morning almost nothing is open.
