Which is better Castaway Cay or Lookout Cay

Both are great apart from the hot food offerings, which in most cases are served cold due to them being cooked in advance and left standing about. From the smell they start cooking burgers about 10.30 which are not served until 11.30
BBQ to me means hot food straight from the grill, not left hanging around for up to an hour before putting on the bun
Even the hot dogs were just were just lukewarm

my opinion is the facilities on CC are better but the water is better at Lookout. The water at family beaches is pretty murky at CC and really no waves while at LP the water was crystal clear with some waves.
