I was planning a family trip to Florida over Christmas, but we didn't have enough money to do Disney. Well we just counted up our change jar AND I just got a small bonus from work. I really want to surprise my kids. I know this is a crazy time of year, but which is the best plan for lessor crowds.

The earliest I can arrive is on Sunday the 20th in the early afternoon and after checking in to our hotel (All Star Music) then go into MK because they are open until 1am and on that day and its an early entry day (so maybe less people at late night?) Or we can go the following day on Monday on 21st to MK, they are open until 12am. but they also have early entry and we could go early into the parks, take a break and stay closing. My kids are 19 and 20 and could even go in the afternoon without us, while us old folks rest up for the night. haha! Which day would be less insane with the crowds?

personally i'd go on the 21st.
this way you can take advantage of the EMH morning plus the park is still open pretty late so you'd get in a nice full day.
also i'd probably opt to "rest" inside the park somewhere.
there's plenty of places to just sit and people watch while your body relaxes.

That's a good idea! Plus when we get in from all the driving on Sunday, we could relax in the pool or go look at all the decorations at AKL and other resorts. :)
