Which hotels offer FOTL pass?

I am new to Universal and need your help. Which hotels offer FOTL?

The Universal Express pass (they did away with calling it front of the line) is free to guests staying at Portofino Bay, Hard Rock Hotel and Royal Pacific Resort!

The Doubletree and others are just Universal partner hotels so they don't get the unlimited express passes or what we call FOTL

Stay onsite for FOTL and you will never do it any other way. Have a great trip.
