Which hotel to reserve for wedding?

Can we book from a value resort? Does that count for our room for our Fairy Tale Wedding?
 
Yes, there are several of us that are booked at the value resorts. We are going to stay at all star movies. That was our first hotel at disney, and we haven't been back there in a while.
