Which hotel has the best beach for xmas pictures GF or Poly?

We are going to take the kids picture for our holiday cards and we thought what better place the WDW! So we have our theme it will be our two little ones in bathing suit with mickey santa hats on.

So my question to you is which beach is the best for pictures GF or Poly? I will be an on site guest but not at either resort. Is that a problem?

Since these 2 beautiful resorts are just a short monorail ride away, why don't you take some at each? Unless, of cource, you're really pressed for time. Start at the Poly, take a few pic's, then hop the monorail to GF and take a few more shots.

When you get your pic's back, though, I bet you'll have a hard time choosing!!

Not sure when your travel dates are but here is another idea. Go to Animal Kingdom (Camp Minnie-Mickey) and get a picture with Minnie and Mickey with their X-mas outfits on with your kids. Our picture last year worked out great!

If you take the pictures at the Poly, you can have the castle in the background. That would be my choice .

All I have to say is the GF, they have the cars out front, the carriage out front, the beach with a close up view of the castle and more. You can do the Lobby, outside by one of the Beautiful Landscaped garden areas, go outside by 1900 Park fare and get one with the Mary Poppins Topiary. You could even do the entrance to the Resort, entrance to the Main Lobby or the Monorail Station...........OH MY...............So many places to think about. Don't get me wrong, the Poly is Beautiful. We have just found that our pictures at the GF seem to be soooo much more colorful and pretty. I don't know why, they just are. So as you can tell my vote is for the GF. Huge GF Fan here.

Like MikeD we also took our Christmas Card picture at Camp Minnie-Mickey. All of the relatives loved it and knew that we had just been to Disney.

Like already mentioned,,both on the monorail,,so check them both out.

GF has the most magnificent tree in that spectacular lobby. The Gingerbread house is also a plus, mmmm, I remember the smell.
