Sunday, May 21.

Morning park is Epcot (staying at the Boardwalk) and plan on hitting RD before our Trattoria al Forno breakfast at 10:40 am.

The plan is arrive about 8:20.

Test Track (standby)
Soarin (standby)
Spaceship Earth (FP+ 9:05-10:05 - if we miss the window, so be it. We will do standby or skip altogether)

Now I want to squeeze one more FP+ in before we head to breakfast.

The goal would be to do whatever I book in this window no later than 10:15/10:20 am so we can hit our 10:40 ADR

We just don't bother with booking all three Epcot FP+.

The only things that actually benefit from a FP at Epcot are

Frozen Ever After
Test Track
Soarin'

and, with the "tiering" you can't book all three of those in advance.

A FP for the film festival is a waste of time. It's cute, but there is no advantage to a FP. I think I would do the Character Spot because that has the longest wait out of the remaining two.

Epcot doesn't open until 9:00. & because your 1st PF is at 9:05, that means you wouldn't be able to use the next one until 10:05. I don't know if you would have enough time to go from Living With The Land to your dining reservation in time, so I would use the 2nd FP for the Epcot Character Spot. It's still going to cut it close though.

I doubt ANY of those you will need a FP for early in the morning.

I was just at Epcot a week ago and walked on Living with the Land after lunch with a 10 minute wait (if even).

The Fast pass system at Epcot is a joke. As stated above there are only 3 rides (maybe 4 if the line at Spaceship Earth is long) that NEED FP and those are tiered.

While there is plenty to see/do at Epcot, there just isn't enough "ride" attractions that you need to skip the line for.

Besides there being a law that someone in any Dis poll has to vote "other," :D I vote "other" for the reasons others have already stated. You just don't need FP+ for any of those. I guess Character Spot may have a short wait at that point, so maybe that one, I guess. But we usually just don't bother with a 3rd at EP.

Are you trying to book an extra FP+ for the express purpose of using one up (to be able to book additional FP+ later)? If that is the case, I would go with Character Spot simply because it is the least out of your way when heading from SE to breakfast, and also potentially the attraction that will take the shortest time to complete. Figment would be OK, too, but LWTL might take longer than you have, even with no wait to board.

We know we will be in Epcot that morning and immediately after our late breakfast ADR since we have a FP+ for FEA from 11:40-12:40. What we don't know is if we will remain in Epcot or not. We may do the Flower & garden Fest, may hop to Magic Kingdom and I would like to have my FP+ free for either and our decision may be made by what FP+ we can snag once we get off of FEA.

I was thinking character spot as well. With a 10:20 FP+ it would be close to make it to breakfast but Im going to try and move that up if anything becomes available.

Well, I had a change of heart...lol

I stuck with the Character Spot but moved it to after FEA. That way if we do go go MK we will catch it on our way out and this allows us to do Living with the Land after Soarin in the morning before breakfast. Thanks for all the input guys and gals.

Epcot FP sux. We usually do FEA and stand by for TT and Soarin. I would do Mission Space and Spaceship Earth.
