Which FP+ Attractions Close Out?!

I swore I wasn't going to let FP get to me during the planning of
My trip. We have two little ones so we don't go on nearly as many rides as other families. However, I'm starting to freak out that I'm going to regret not having fp for some of our favorite things - certain m&g's and parades like msep.
I know if I see certain things listed as "closed" I'm going to obsess and go on every hour trying to change my plan.
Besides Anna and Elsa, do any of the m&g's close? How about wishes and Msep? Should I get fp in advance for those and hope I can score extra fp or go SB for some of the rides/attractions the day I'm in the park? I figure firework and parade fp are a lot more limited so maybe it's worth it?! We always survived without fp but don't want to have any regrets!

1- There are only a few M&G that offer FP+.
MK's Meet Cinderella and "other princess" at Princess Fairytale Hall might become very popular,
but we don't know yet.

2- Yes, they can "sell out."

3- If you intend to get a FP+ for those, then yes.
But, as you indicated, there are many, many places to see the parade and fireworks w/o a FP+.
