Which FP are disconnected in each park?

We are going tomorrow and I can't seem to find an updated thread explaining which FP are disconnected. Can anyone point me to an updated post/thread?

There were 2 threads this weekend. Currently the only disconnected FP is WoC. RSR bags connected last week and people have reported that Screamin is too. Roger Rabbit was connected earlier this year. The 2 parks remain disconnected from each other.
