Which Epcot restaurant for a baby?

We will (DH and I) be traveling with an 11 mth old. I have been trying to book buffets and character meals. But I am confused about Epcot. I can't get in for Garden Grill or the Princess Storybook Dining. What would be the best place in Epcot to take a baby this age?

Our daughter was 12 months old when we went and she had a great time at the Biergarten and Teppan Edo. Both places had food she could eat.

Our son loved Coral Reef both at 13 months and then this trip at 2. The fish are fun to watch.

The first two that came to my mind were Coral Reef and Biergarten (as the PPs suggested). The music and noise level at Biergarten help keep little ones entertained, plus it has a quick serve buffet. Coral Reef is nice if you can get a table near the fish.
