Which DVC for 15 nights? large family

Our dear friends are coming back to the US and will be here 6 weeks, then they will be heading back over seas for the next 5 years. My friend is not happy that they will be heading out again, her DH was suppose to take a job here in the US but he was offered a project of a life time and the money is crazy. So for 6 weeks they will be on holiday. Visiting some family, attending a wedding, a stop in NYC, and a couple other stops. Before they arrive to spend the last of their time at WDW.

So which DVC would you recommend for a family of 5? Don't think of the cost just were you would want to stay if money wasn't a issue.
So my friend and her DH, kids, 17 DS, 19DD, 21DD...

They want to be able to spread out, relax and not be over crowded.
Privacy for all
They also want a spot so friends can come and go to visit them. Like a living room to be able to sit and talk. We are planning to spend some time in epcot with them but them head back to the resort to sit down and really catch up.
A great pool, and pool bar.
She is not cooking, but they want a full size frig for drinks, and adult beverages and snacks.
She wants to do the dinning plan - and is leaning toward DDXDP, they are all foodies and will love signature dinning.

The goal here for them is to truly be pampered/spoiled and not worry about the outside world for a while.

Depending on the budget a grand villa at a dvc resort or a bay lake tower two bedroom villa magic kingdom view would be awesome!

Given that you're spending time in Epcot and love signature restaurants a Boardwalk 2 Bedroom Villa would probably be your best bet.

You'll be within walking distance of the following signatures:
Flying Fish
Shula's
Il Mulino
BlueZoo
Monsieur Paul
LeCellier
Yachtsman Steakhouse

Staying in a villa you'll also be on the side of the resort of the main pool although if any have a fear of clowns the main pool could be a deal breaker.

Another option could be 2 Poly Studios or even a Bungalow (you said money no option) you'll be within walking distance of the TTC and be able to hop on the Epcot Spur easily this would be the most private, have fireworks viewing, 2 great pools with great pool bars, Trader Sam's, and be able to somewhat easily access the following signatures:

California Grill
Citricos
Victoria and Albert's
Artist Point

I also would recommend either a 2 bedroom or Grand Villa at Kidani Village as it's one of our favorite resorts if not our favorite, but the pool is somewhat difficult to get to and somewhat small compared to larger feature pool at some of the other villa properties but would be more private and quieter than the Boardwalk. You'd be able to easily get to Jiko and Sanaa (which might as well be a signature at dinner time)

The only choice to meet all that would be a grand villa. With a 2 bedroom , some would be sleeping in living room. Of course you could do a 2 bedroom AND a studio, but then you may be a distance from each other.

It will also depend on dates. If you need a Grand Villa, they can be difficult to book inside of 11 months for fall.

Are they renting points? When is the trip? Some DVC villas book at the 11 month mark.

If they want privacy for everyone, they will need a grand villa, which has 3 bedrooms. A grand villa will be super pricey to rent for 2 weeks.

How about a suite if money is no object? Yacht Club, Beach Club and Boardwalk all have suites that are gorgeous. I agree with PP that an Epcot Resort sounds the best option, although a suite at the MK is also lovely. There's a website called *********** that has info and layouts on all of them. They may give up a full size fridge, otherwise, they'll get amazing accommodations and I believe they all are Club Level so they can have access to snacks, etc. all the time.

Any DVC 2 bedroom would be fine. It's just personal choice. We've done 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom for 5 people and it's more than enough room.

For a place with a great pool I'd go with Beach Club.

If they all want privacy, as stated, a 3 BR Grand Villa would be better. I agree a 2 bedroom can clearly sleep all 5 comfortably, but someone will have no privacy as they will be in the living room, unless 2 kids will share one bed. Most adult kids won't share a bed.

I give my teenagers a choice. Share a bed, or stay home.

I would go with any of the twobedroom villas. BWV or BCV would allow for a fun pool and pool bar, with quick access to both Epcot and DHS. IF the two girls don't mind sharing a bed, then ds could take the sofa bed in the studio half. Or, ds could sleep in the living room area, on the sleep sofa, giving each of the girls their own bed.
It's pretty difficult to get a grand villa since members grab them right away!

Since the kids are older, and 3 bedroom units are hard to come by, I would do a 2 bedroom PLUS an additional room for the daughters. They are adults so they can stay in a room by themselves.

I agree with Sharadoc that a suite would be nice since money isn't a consideration. I would rent the presidential or vice presidential suite at Boardwalk for the parents and 17 year old son, and then a separate club level room for the daughters to share (or if more privacy is needed, each daughter could have their own room since they are each over 18.)

Keep in mind that a DVC owner can only book 7 days at the 11 month window, and then either has to add days as they go, or wait until the length-of-stay is within the booking window to book. So a 15-night stay is also a challenging one, and the points required (either for a 2BR or GV) is pretty huge, and thus potentially an issue to get via rental.

If money isn't an object, a suite via cash booking is a much easier proposition to book, or an off-site condo. Or just do a Poly bungalow. Whatever.

I would have them look immediately at what is available. Grand villa would be nice but can be hard to come by. There are also the bungalows at the Poly-that would be it for me if I had no budget. Monorail service, FW at night, close to all 3 resorts on the loop as well as MK and EP. Several bars, lots of dining options with 3 resorts., 4 with Ft wilderness...water sports, fishing,boats to rent...

Maybe it doesn't fit the "pampering" part but there are the Treehouses at SSR
I've been seeing them available with cash reservations every so often. At a discount. But not for 2 weeks

And there are the new Cabins at WL (CC, or whatever it's name is)
Though not sure what they sleep exactly, I think it's along the lines of the Bungalow at Poly

But the Bungalows only have two real beds and two murphy beds that might be too small for their offspring. Plus it will be more difficult for friends to come and go. With a BWV two bedroom villa, it would be a lockoff. So the second bedroom would be one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa (and the dreaded murphy bed). I'd go with AKV - KV two bedroom for three bathrooms, parking underneath the building (and easier parking for friends), good dining offerings and no murphy beds.

I would choose a 2BR a one of the Epcot resorts with older kids. One kid per bed and one on the couch. If they all need a real bed, I would then go for a Tree House Villa at SSR.

I can't even begin to imagine the DxDDP for 15 nights! I would seriously double in size.
