neither......carpet or tile in my house and that is what I like

s;iding door to go outside, larger opening, daylight thru glass and wd40 fixes most of the problems and thick glass, no hollow door, however our glass door has a set of doors jus outside of it that fold into themselves, so at sunset, we close those or temps above 111 we close them, open now, as all of our windows are still summer covered.

ceramic turtle or roadrunner for patio display?

I collected turtles for years, so we have a lot sitting in the backyard, so that is the answer

prefer couch or chair to relax in?

chair...all of our couches run parallel with walls of trailer, so no tv viewing, but good for reading, but have 4 recliners upholstered outside, where soon we will spend our time.

wood planters or clay planters?

wood.....DH again We don't have any, but he but 3 big ones in DD's yard and DGD built one for one of her home school projects

Wall clocks or appliance clocks?

appliance clocks, tiny, non evasive in the dark hours of morning...and we don't have any wall space, we have many windows.

covid neck gaiters or tick calf gaiters?

neither. DGD likes the gaiters for a face mask, but no one else wears them for that. I guess proved to be bad unless you can alt least double them

phone call....I have the cheapest phone on the market and service...no need for text or send photos or play games...ebay at goodwill is the only use outside of calling.

room with a forest view or a lake view?

forest view is comforting, lake view is endless activity...Skamianh Lodge in Washington on the River had a view of river or forest, forest being cheaper, but if low season, always booked the river view because of the long winter night and lights on the river.

motel hot tub in middle of lawn or housed in motel swimming complex?

doesn't matter. I don't do hot tubs

ground floor room or an upper one at a motel?

when we travel by car, wife always ask for ground floor and makes it easy for me to unload and load. only once did we not get a gorund floor, but also had bad, nasty dog...since he is gone, 100% ground. At motel 6 at disneyland, I like to take elevator to upper floor. we had a ground floor last time, way to crowded at the door. wife will try to get as close to the ground at casino, as I like to go high as possible. My wife has zero tolerance for waiting for elevator or walking off the elvator down a long way....on her nickel...she can walk around the gaming floor and stand in line to eat...but come lodging...it is an issue

and in lauglin we would stay at an old wood structure hotel...always got the top floor...don't stay there anymore, newer concrete structure...but the wood hotel had a great pool and not crowded lodging as it was small.

stand alone motel or retail surrounded motel?

nice if there is at least somewhere to eat. Went to one with DD in the middle of industrial area with no where to eat if you didn't have a car and we didn't. Had to order delivery

Las Vegas or Reno?

Reno, from reports, to old and run down, no attractions, won't even stop there on travels.
Vegas is too big, love henderson though, lauglin better.

we play 31, the most points you can have in 3 cards to not lose, each round is 25 cents, a game five quarters...designed to socialize with yuma community. No one plays board games....we all have short attention spans.
