DH & I-Soar'in over Cal.
I've been to WDW as well and have to say this is one of the best Disney rides ever! Not for theming, but just for the over all experience.

At DL:

DH-Indiana Jones

Me-Splash Mountain

For Me,

at DCA it is Grizzly River Rapids.

at Disneyland it is Fantasmic. I see it EVERY time it is offered there.
