For lunch, we (my wife and I) love Raglan Roads and D-Luxe Burger.

We love Raglan Roads in general so for us, it doesn't matter if it is for lunch or dinner. We have been there for both and so enjoy the food.
We thought D-Luxe Burger has excellent burgers. The serving size is huge. The first time (shortly after they opened) we went we tried two different burger and split them so we could each try one and share a regular fires. Afterwards, we were totally full. The second time we went back we split a burger and an order of regular fries. The food and service was just as good as it was the first time but this time we didn't feel miserably full.

The menu looks good at Raglan Road and would like to try it but the noise would send me over the edge. I prefer having a meal where I can actually talk to the people I'm with. I'm very sensitive to loud noise. I almost never eat in a restaurant with loud music.

Ask to sit in one of the side rooms, they're much quieter.

I have eaten at Bongos many times, inside and out, lunch and dinner and also from the express takeout and it has always been good. I never did get the dislike for the place based on reviews unless people just don’t get the menu/Cuban food.
