Which Disney/Alamo Location woulod be easiest/best for me?

Ok, this is my scenio:
We will be using Magical Express to arrive at Pop Century on December 13th. On December 19th we need to rent a car from Alamo to be able to drive to Largo, Florida to spend Christmas with my mother. We will be returning the car to MCO on December 27th.
My question is:
Which Alamo location would be the best/easiest to use? The car care center, the Dolphin location, or the one at the Downtown Disney hotel? Don't mind using Disney transportation with a slight walk , or reasonable amount if a cab is an option.
Looking for advice from anyone that has info.......pros and cons. Thanks for your help!

There is a shuttle to/from the Car Care Center you can call.

Another idea would be to use Magical Express when you check out, go to the airport, and rent the car from there (just an idea because airport rates are so much cheaper).

Is the shuttle phone number on the Alamo web site? Is the shuttle free?

I would use the Dolphin. It's close to POP...very easy drive from there back to Pop. If you wanted to, you could take the bus to DHS and then either walk or boat to the S/D. Or, a cab would be under $10. That's where I routinely rent from.
