Which Dinning Place to Skip ?

Choices for Dinner:
Animator's Palate
Triton's
Palo's
Parrot Cay

We Plan to eat at:
Animator's Palate
Palo's
And have a special in suite dinning/entertainment event

That leaves one night.
Of Triton's and Parrot Cay which you skip, and why?

That's a tough one.....they are both good.....but I'll go with Triton's. I like the atmosphere at Parrot Cay, and the little "show" that they do during dinner is fun.

I agree with ChrisnSteph. Parrot Cay is lots of fun!

Even though there is no "formal" night on Wonder, Tritons seemed a lot more formal than the rest of the restaurants. If your group is looking for a good time, choose Parrot Cay! The conga line can't be beat!
(I personally preferred the Caribbean cuisine at Parrot Cay too!)

Parrot cay is more my type of place...Tritons seems a bit stuffy for me, plus the menu at Tritons I don't care for.

I'd Triton's is the one to skip. I've heard some good things about Parrot Cay

We skipped it for Palo (but we did eat two meals there: lunch after boarding and breakfast on our last morning). I just think Triton's is beautiful and elegant. Food was very good. (Not as good as Palo, though )

I enjoyed the more formal atmosphere.

Neither - I would skip AP. Food was worst we had, and I loved the music at PC. We missed Triton's due to 3 day and we ate at Palo's, but I really have no interest in AP again.

Even though it wasn't included, I would skip AP. I really didn't like the food at all, but I loved the walls. We are planning on going to Palo on AP night, but later so the DS's can watch the walls change.

AP atmosphere is nice, but I like that menu the least, so it's a toss up. I love Tritons though, it's my favorite menu. But it's a personal preference. Lot's of websites about DCL have the menus on them, so you can look and decide.

Next time though, when I do the 4 or 7 day I will actually skip the Pirates menu. I didn't really enjoy that one very much.

I would skip PC, our first night there the food choices were not very good. and we skipped it the following night to go to Palos. We personally enjoyed Tritons. we liked the atomsphere of "going under the sea" and Tritons has the worlds best creme brulee!

Personnally, I would skip Animators Palate. We really don't care for that one at all. But given the two choices, I guess I would have to go with skipping Tritions. Parrat Cay is our absolute favorite! Just my two cents.

I would skip Triton's because you can always dine there for breakfast or lunch. Plus, this is the least entertaining restaurant -- although it is a very pretty restaurant. They'll have the fun music and limbo at PC and the animation walls at AP.

I would skip Parrot Cay because I like the more formal dining room for dinner, and I enjoy eating at Parrot cay on the first day for lunch.....

I agree with skipping AP, but if I have to choose between Triton's and PC. I'd skip Triton's. Who knows you may be lucky enough to be scheduled in Triton's twice. We had PC PC T & AP rotation last week.

How do you just skip? Do you tell someone somewhere that you won't be doing dinner? I'm new to the whole cruise and rotational dining thing, but won't they be expecting you?

We do not miss going to Parrot Cay, the menu is really
not varied enough and alot of the food is not what we
care for.

So we usually 9 times out of 10 use our Parrot night
as our PALO's NIGHT!!!! (Now that is dining!!!, worth
every penny!)

We do eat at Parrot for lunch sometimes but again
we feel it is the less of the 3 dining areas.
