We've never been to either & I can't decide which would be better. What's your opinion? Thanks!

Since I'm not a big fan of Irish food, I'd take Kona :)

I'd even take Kona over 'Ohana - I like the choices better than 'Ohana's family style menu.

Kona. We have always had a good meal at Kona.

'Ohana was just okay, but it seems everything is sweet... leaves me wanting something... um, something else.

'Ohana is our favorite restaurant period. You will not leave hungry and all the food is real tasty. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

ohana is not what it used to be, but still very, very good.

'Ohana is our family favorite! DH and I even go when it's just the two of us at the parks. Matter of fact, not 5 mins ago we were discussing DP vs. no DP on our next couples trip and named 'Ohana as a must-go again.

I really think you can't go wrong with either. We eat at both Kona and 'Ohana every trip. Yummy! I do always try and get an earlier ADR at 'Ohana (like right after they open). Seems like we get better service and they don't rush us quite as much as during their rush time.

Kona!

'Ohana was disappointing last time... not so much disappointing as a whole, but disappointing compared to past meals there. I don't like much of the food at all anymore, but it is more fun for kids and the dessert is to-die-for good!

depends on what you are looking for- loud, fun games for kids and a n experience with so so food- i would go for O'hana. Kona is quieter (meaning less fun) with much better food. I personally prefer Kona over O'hana but i can see why many find it the reverse.

I would say that the food in general is better at Kona, but the dessert at 'Ohana is fabulous.

We've had dinner at 'Ohana once and haven't been back. We eat at Kona at least once, but usually twice each trip.

However we do like 'Ohana for breakfast-done it twice. :goodvibes

i think it depends on what you want as far as dining experience. ohana is loud - and i mean LOUD!!!! as in i couldn't hear anyone at my table except for the person next to me. they play games with the kids and there's just a lot going on. kona is more of a quiet, relaxed atmosphere.

as far as food, i much prefer kona. i've eaten dinner there 3 times and it's always been phenominal. i've also had breakfast there twice and it was also very good. i've eaten at ohana once and the food is the reason i haven't returned since. i thought the salad and the chips with dips were really good. everything else, blah. especially the meat. every piece of meat i had was extremely dry and and tough. and when i tried the sausage i had to literally spit it out. i know how popular this place is so it could've been an off night. but those are my two cents. :)

Oh they are both so good. I think it depends. If you want family style go to Ohana.... Is there a way you can do both? They are both really good restaurants.
