Which dining package? Help!

I've never done any kind of dining package before and I've never been to a table service restaurant! We don't have too much on our budget to do all the TS we want (and we don't have the dining plan), but definitely want to do CP to meet pooh.

I'm going mid-December and managed to get a Candlelight Processional Garden Grill lunch around 1:30 and a Tusker House ROL package around 3pm. I wanted a F! package but no luck yet. We can only probably to do two TS, so we'd either have to choose between Garden Grill vs Tusker House. ( and vs F! if I get lucky). Which one should I go with?

It's two adults in mid-20s. We've both never seen ROL or Candlelight Processional before..or been to any character meals!

There is a Fantasmic! dessert party which is cheaper than the meals...If you only want to meet Pooh you can see him at his M&G at MK...Then you can keep the two ADRs you have currently.
