Which Dining Package? Fantasmic! or Frozen?

We're going in early April when Fantasmic! will be back up. I'm torn between whether to do the Fantasmic! dining package or the Frozen dining package? What would you do and why? (We're Mom, Dad, and two teen girls.) And if you think we should splurge for both, you can say that too. ;)

Fantasmic. The quality of your seats vary much more greatly there.
With Frozen I think the balcony is just fine, we had a little one sleeping last trip and we sat up there and to the back in case we had to dash out quickly. Our view was very good, we enjoyed the show and the little one got a good snooze.

Definitely Fantasmic unless you want to be herded like cattle into a "corral". As previously stated...no problem getting to see Frozen. They don't even use fast pass for Frozen because it is not needed.

One additional vote for Fantasmic! here. :) We walked up to the Frozen show 15 minutes before on a 9/10 DCA crowd Saturday just a couple weeks ago. We got great seats on the balcony. We also did the Blue Bayou F! package the night before, and really appreciated the front-and-center view along with our seat cushions.

I agree with other posts that Fantasmic Dining packages are essential. However, Frozen Dining is a more exclusive experience.

If any of your party are big fans of Frozen or you were planning on a TS lunch, the Frozen package is worth considering. The meal is Frozen themed, and you will receive an exclusive lanyard and pin. Dining package guests are the first to enter the theater, and the group will be small (less than 30) -- you even enter from the opposite side of the theater, away from the crowd.

I do encourage you to see Frozen, with or without the dining package.
Many changes have been made to the show, to keep the length under an hour and streamline the story. Overall the show is much improved since the premier in May 2016 :thumbsup2

Does anyone know if Fantasmic dining packages will be offered in April. There appears to be nothing available after March 30th. I have been trying to get a reservation for April 2nd and have had no luck.

I called and talked to a CM, and she said that they don't always have the dining packages available at 60 days out. So we'll just have to keep checking back each day. It sounds like they only add new stuff at the beginning of the day, so at least we only have to check once a day.
