Which deluxe for adults only trip

Well, you're definitely doing it right by going to your doctor. generally (I'm a RN) a 10-15% weight loss is all that is needed to make drastic health changes. He may tell you not to lose 50 pounds, but instead go for that percent loss (based on your current weight 21-32 pounds) instead. studies show that a smaller amount of weight loss (that is a realistic goal) is easier to maintain and has better long-term results.

Good luck! Keep us posted. We'll cheer you on (BTW, I'm no skinny girl... I started swimming again to maintain my weight loss, so I'll do it with you!)

I think the GF would be the ultimate, but maybe you could tie it into your weight loss. If you loss 40 lbs., you'll stay at AKL, but if you lose 50 lbs, you'll stay at GF. Also don't forget to measure inches as well as keep track of pounds. I lost 50 lbs. (eventually:)) after my youngest son was born, and I found that exercise was the key.

P.S. I'm a Kansas Jayhawk, too!
