Which DDP restaurants are good that don't need ADR?

We have our first Disney trip planned for March and I am now able to make my ADRs. We have the DDP for 7 nights, and I have made 5 ADRs. I was just wondering if it would be ok to not make every single one, or if that was not very wise. Are there restaurants that are good, but reservations aren't needed? I just kind of wanted a couple of days to be not so planned out. It is overwhelming!
TIA!

I would not take a chance on not having ADRs. If you are paying out of pocket its no big deal, you can always just go to CS instead. But with the DDP you have paid for your meals in advance, so you use that credit or lose it. That said, you might have better luck just walking in to a restaurant in a resort than one in a theme park.

Beaches and Cream and Big River Brewing at the Boardwalk don't take ressies I believe but overall if you're planning on doing table service I would book as many ADRs as you can. Even calling months in advance I have been shut out of restaurants.

ok, thanks for the info! I booked Kona Cafe today, so that made it 6. I might as well add one more. I can always cancel if I change my mind. So far, I have Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey, Princess Storybook, Tusker House breakfast, and O'hanas. Oh, and of course Kona Cafe, for dinner. One more to go! Thanks again!
