Which days to visit which parks?

Can I have your opinions on which days to visit the parks.

As we are staying offsite I was planning to visit the parks the day after extra magic hour days and also avoiding MK & TL/BB at the weekends.

Is this a good idea?

Also planning to visit friends in Daytona Beach, has anyone any idea of how long this would take from the Formosa Gardens area if we left early in the morning?

Below is our 2-week plan, i have based this around on the info given in the "Brits Guide to Orlando" book, which tells you the days to avoid etc...etc....

I know it is a busy schedule, and maybe we might amend it once we are there, but the way i see it is this holiday in my view is a "once in a liftetime" (costing a fortune). So i want to get the most out of my theme park tickets.

Saturday- Arrive @ 14:00hrs, chill out the rest of the day
Sunday - Animal Kingdom
Monday - Islands of Adventure
Tuesday - Sea Wolrd
Wednesday - Magic Kingdom
Thursday - Kennedy Space Centre
Friday - Universal Studios / City Walk at night
Saturday - Chill out day - shopping (not so chilled out though!!)
Sunday - Bush Gardens
Monday - Wet n Wild
Tuesday - Epcot
Wednesday - Islands of Adventure
Thursday - MGN Studios
Friday - Possilby Sea World (not sure might leave this open and decide which park to revisit)
Saturday - Back home
