Hello experts! After many wdw trips, we are finally heading to universal. Definitely want to see WWoHP and do the headliners. Will spend 3 nights at PB. We have flexibility with our dates so would 3/11 - 3/14 (over a weekend) or move our stay to Sunday-Tue. I have read conflicting reports about weekend vs weekdays. Thanks!

Except for HP, any date would be fine since you'll have unlimited Express access. I would stick with weekdays if at possible for HP but the crowds have been very unpredictable so far.

The correct answer to that question differs because it depends on when you are going, both answers can be correct depending on whats going on.

If you are coming during a holiday week, spring break season, over the holidays or summer break, when all the schools are out, then the weekend will be travel time for vacationers, so the parks tend to be less crowded on the weekends(but still very busy).

If you are coming during a non-holiday, non-spring break, non-summer time, then its just the opposite rule. Weekdays are the least crowded because of work/school and the weekends are the busiest times (saturdays being the most crowded) because all the locals and weekend vacationers are there.

Hope that helps.

I concur with flfun. These days Universal is VERY unpredictable. Days you would think they would be slow they are busy and days they should be busy they are slow.

Historically I would say Sunday is the best day to go as most vacationers are travelling on that day but seeing when you are going you might want to look at the Mardi Gras lineup as well as the regular hours schedule to make sure that there isn't an artist you would like to see playing on another Saturday night!

Otherwise, Sundays get my vote and maybe Tuesdays but most definitely Sundays!!

Have fun!

We're going at about the same time, kick off to Ontario March break. Staying onsite alleviates most crowd issues with the exception of WWOHP. You will be so spoiled by on-site FOTL it will ruin you for any other amusement parks.

Our family views Mardi Gras parade as a must see, so we include Saturday in our visit to have the beads rain down on our heads. party:
